Once you have booked your participation, you will receive an email with the login details to activate your ‘My Easyfairs’ account. If you have not received it, please contact us and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Also, if you wish, you can schedule a meeting with our marketing department so that they can help you and discuss with you the different tools and promotional opportunities available to you.
Tools
All exhibitors will receive a unique registration URL, which will allow them to track who has registered/attended via their link.
Sending by post
Sending postal mailings can be expensive, but it ensures that the message is read by your target audience. Use the postal mailing tool and we will send invitations on your behalf, to your database within the national territory for free, always in accordance with the current GDPR regulations.

Generic emails won’t catch the attention of your customers, and personalising them is time consuming… Don’t worry! Don’t worry, our team will send personalised digital invitations on your behalf to invite your customers to visit your stand at the show.
Share with your network – Gleanin

Event-specific content
How long does it take to create and send well-designed HTML emails? To help you, our team will send you a digital invitation ready for you to easily promote your participation through your own email system.

Important notice on event data
Beware of fake data sellers and similar scams!
We are aware that some companies are contacting you by email with bogus offers of data lists and other ‘services’. If you receive such a communication, it is fraudulent and does not come from our company. Easyfairs never sells visitor data to third parties. The data provided by these companies is, in most cases, inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even false and/or has been collected or acquired in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any use of the Easyfairs or Worksafe name by these companies is without our permission and is unlawful. We recommend that you do not respond to these emails and do not make any payments to the companies in these emails.
Please inform us if you receive any such solicitations so that we can warn other exhibitors.
