With EasyGo, Worksafe Barcelona will be investing in a technology that helps visitors and exhibitors to visit the future and facilitate the face-to-face experience at the event, which translates into a better return on investment for exhibitors.
What is EasyGo and Smartbadge technology?
As part of your EasyGo package, you will receive 1, 2 or 3 Smart Badge readers, depending on the EasyGo package you have purchased.
Smart Badge technology requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% secure event experience.
You will be able to upload your company information and content to each of the assigned readers within your My Easyfairs account.
At the end of the event day, visitors who have touched your reader(s) will receive an email with a summary of their visit and all the information uploaded to your reader(s).
As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected by your reader(s) at the end of the event. You can easily download an Excel file with the leads from your My Easyfairs account.
